There is no time limit. Once the first closet opens, you swap whenever you walk in. Professional cleaning is included.

Yes, anytime. Your membership runs until the end of the month you have paid for.

Every piece at NMBRD is shared within our community, so we ask all members to treat each item as their own, knowing the next member is already waiting for it. Accidents still happen. If something goes wrong, let us know within 24 hours and send us a photo; telling us early always makes things easier. Minor damage, like a stuck zip, a loose button, a missing bead or a small stain, can usually be repaired or cleaned. If you added Damage Protection, it’s covered up to CHF 80. If you didn’t, we’ll charge you the actual repair or cleaning cost. If an item is seriously damaged and can’t be restored, you’ll be charged its replacement value. We base that on the item’s current market value, age and condition, and it’s never more than the original retail price.

There’s no limit to how long you can borrow an item. However, if you decide to cancel your membership, any items should be returned before your membership ends. If an item still hasn’t been returned 30 days after the membership end date, we’ll consider it lost. We’ll then charge the full retail price to your payment method, on top of any outstanding fees. Unpaid amounts may be passed on to a collection agency.

Damage Protection is an optional add-on for high-value pieces, which you can choose at checkout for CHF 8 per rental. It covers repairs and specialist cleaning for minor, fixable damage, such as broken zips, clasps or closures, missing beads or a small stain, up to CHF 80 per rental. It doesn’t cover items that are lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, or repair costs above that limit. In those cases, the item’s replacement value applies.
